Listing your space — common questions
What kind of space can I list on wenuru?
Anything a production or an event can book by the hour — photo, video, podcast and music studios, film-city floors, and everyday places used as shoot locations: flats, villas, farmhouses, cafés, restaurants, rooftops, offices, meeting rooms and vehicles. If people already ask to shoot at your space, it can be listed.
Does it cost anything to list my space?
No. Creating a listing on wenuru is free and there is no monthly or subscription fee. A platform fee applies only on confirmed bookings, and the exact figure is shown to you before you publish.
How long does it take to get my listing live?
The listing form itself takes about 15–20 minutes if your photos are ready, and it saves as you go so you can finish it later. After you submit, our team reviews the photos, amenities and address details before the listing goes public.
Who decides the price and the available hours?
You do. You set the hourly rate, the minimum booking length, the days and time slots you are open for, and your cancellation window. You can block dates or change your rate at any time from the host dashboard.
Can I decline a booking request?
Yes. Requests arrive in your dashboard with the renter’s details and what they plan to shoot, and you can message them before deciding. Nothing is confirmed until you approve it.
How do I get paid?
Renters pay through wenuru when they book, so you are not chasing payment on the day. The amount is released to the bank account on your host profile after the booking is completed, and every booking has an invoice you can download from the dashboard.
What if a renter damages my space?
Report it from the booking in your dashboard as soon as you can, with photos. Our support team takes it up with the renter on your behalf. You can also state your own house rules and a security-deposit requirement on the listing, which renters agree to when they book.
Do I need to be in one of your live cities to list?
wenuru is live in Chandigarh, Delhi, Srinagar and Bengaluru, and we are onboarding hosts in more Indian cities as they come on board. You can start a listing from anywhere in India — if your city is not live yet, we will get in touch as we open it.
Can I list more than one space?
Yes. You can add as many spaces as you manage under a single host account, each with its own photos, rate and calendar, and manage all of them from the same dashboard.
